This is Steve posting for Cindy. So much for no hospital visit record. She had not been to see a doctor for anything urgent since early 2012, and today she shut the sliding glass door on her left thumb! It looked a little crooked and had a bump at the joint closest to where it joins the hand, so I suggested that her friend Mary take her to Kettering Hospital. Not much pain, but it is tender. We will find out later this afternoon what is up. At least it is not stomach-related, right?
