This is Tuan, cluster bomb survivor, happily playing football. He is currently enrolling for a computer course at the Mai Linh Vocational School in Dong Ha Ciy and will graduate in two years. Thanks to sponsorship of a Vietnam veteran, Manus Campbell, Tuan is now able to continue his study with peace of mind, no longer having to sell lotteries to afford his daily subsistence as before. Tuan is also a member of Vietnam Ban Advocates, a group of cluster bomb survivors in Quang Tri Province, who advocate for a total ban of this deadly weapon and rights of people with disabilities.
