This is a One-way Tire Spike. It allows one way traffic and spike tires if a stupud driver will turn the wrong way. If we can mass produce this in Cebu to lower cost and also making it thief-proof... and install these babies on No Left Turns, No Right Turns, No U-turns and No Entry roads in Cebu and people will still violate it...then lets say if they got the guts to do it again and bottomless cash to keep buying tires. (But..but..what about if people complain about it? ...you ask) Well, of course they will. Thats why there should also be Spike Warning Signs towards the spikes. And let them complain...thats what violators always do. Lets see if we cant cure Stupid with these. I have shared this idea before as a comment. Of course I didnt invent it and not my original idea..duhh. But I see these in places and it works. Thus, Im sharing it now as a post. Lets flood this page with ideas and not just complains...maybe well reach something good.
