This is a US banned segment called The Love Affair from a series called The Men Who Killed Kennedy that aired on the History Channel. It features a woman by the name of Judyth Vary Baker (19 years old) who was a medical scientist who worked on a clandestine project in 1963 working with her boyfriend (in an affair) in New Orleans to develop a cancer that could be used to kill Fidel Castro. The affair was with her boyfriend, Lee Harvey Oswald. LHO was either a master manipulator of epic proportions or an American Hero in hers and other scientists who worked with them in New Orleans.
