This is a big guild because it has a lot of good people in it. Unfortunately, some people can make things unpleasant for others. Your GMs will sometimes remove such people from the Guild. This is discussed afterwards with Guild Officers but not otherwise advertised. If you think that someone has been treated unfairly, discuss it with a Guild Officer - they have the facts. Guild members are free to run raids or instances with whoever they wish, but people who have been removed should not be invited to Guild events as it provides an opportunity to spread misinformation and dissent. Guild events which include such people will be removed from the Guild Calendar. People who continue to invite them to guild events will be demoted. Guild Officers are expected to support and enforce the decisions of the GMs. If they arent comfortable with that, they can request a demotion. We dont expect to have to enforce these rules very often, but they need to be there to protect what weve built over the years. Regards, Bigbadbill
