This is a copy of the cover of the first ever Shopping News. Its from Monday, March 4, 1968. Hopefully people can see it OK. Its not in the best of shape. I think my father has one in better shape. But for those who dont know, my family founded the Shopping News, now known as the Stateline News. The back cover features a Toyota add from Hansen Motors. There are adds inside from a discount store from Jupiter, 334-342 E. Grand, Charon Shoes, First National Bank, Beloit Furniture CompanyBeloit Dye Works ( dry cleaning), Food Fare, Genes German Restaurant, Gambles, Bill Wentworth Lincoln Mercury Car Dealership, Chaney Tire Service and much more. I will post some page pictures.
