This is a man named Hun Sen or Hun Nal. He is a former Khmer Rouge leader along with Pol Pot, Heng Samrin, and Chea Sim. He has an antisocial personality disorder. His personal behavior and actiions are not different from Saddam Husseins and Muammar Gaddafis behaviors and actions towards mankind. Although three of them had betrayed our Khmer people and had tortured and killed three millions of our people from April 17,1975 until 1994, they all still have good live in a happy life and live free from conviction of their capital crimes against humanity. They have become in power of the dictatorships in Cambodia and ruled our Khmer people again because the former king Norodom Sihanouk and former Viet Cong Hanoi group. Right now in Cambodia, there are too many former killers beiside this man named Hun Sen or Hun Nal that they are still in power working with Hun Sen and have got promoted themselves with very high ranks or high officials without taking class or taking law school to rule our country.
