This is a post from the sanctuary I got my battery rescues from. They are rescuing hundreds of hens and roosters from a property in south Auckland (they were all due to be culled today by the council as the owner has sadly passed away but have a short reprieve). As you can see from the post they are having trouble finding anywhere for the roosters. I know that they are hard to find homes for, but hope you dont mind me sharing this here, just in case anybody wants one for breeding or just because you have the room. Thank you!!
