This is a quick brief message, i have had a bad spasm attack after a fit of the coughs during the night. I am getting better now and have texted some close neighbours to come round to my flat to check on me. I have my phone by my bed and my laptop. i am ok now, but very dizzy and cant walk very well so i am lying down. Will go to doctors first thing as i still feel pretty unwell, my breathing is still very difficult but getting better slowly.
