This is a repost, however, applicable to myself at least, considering how the world seems to be turning lately. Ive felt myself slipping into a funk, allowed the weight of negativity to weigh on me a bit. I think for all of us there are times we need to center ourselves, remind ourselves to focus on ourselves and our own families. My husband has a saying and its very true, but oftentimes so easy to forget with the pressures of everyday life.... Its a full time job taking care of me, Im not spending to much time worrying about being responsible for the world. Irony, coming from a LEO who seems to care for everyone before himself, but if you truly listen to the words, the real meaning is clear... Take care of yourself, or you will have nothing left for others. This world seems to have gone a bit mad. It can be overwhelming.
