This is a representative sample of some of my stuff as displayed at the Naperville 2010 RPM Meet. [Everything in the photo is mine except the 40 box cars in the rear.] All these models were entered in the Santa Fe Historical & Modeling Society (SFRH&MS) modeling contest at its annual convention that year. There are two separate categories, Santa Fe and BNSF. I enter stuff in both. The ATSF 85 pig flats were entered in the SF intermodal contest. Everything else you see was entered in the BNSF category. I like competing in contests, but most of all I like building stuff! I encourage EVERYONE to post pictures of their stuff here and write a little bit about what you did. This isnt a competition, works in progress are fine. More importantly, you may be able to help others improve their skills, or you can ask for advice on something you are working on. After all, this is the BNSF Historical [& Modeling] Society page. We encourage you to model and share what you are doing with others....so lets see what youve got!
