This is a sad, but common attitude among law enforcement personal in America. I know from experience, Rikers Island has some of the most brutal and insensitive Negro officers in the United States. There is a crew of officers that ware black special forces uniforms, when the travel through the halls or appear on a unit, prisoners are told, in intimidating tones, to turn their heads and face the wall. Ive seen prisoners brutally beaten for just looking at them. It saddens me that the most brutal of these officers are Negro Africans-n-America, in fact, the same scenario exist in the NYPD and Parole systems. If they are not overly aggressive with their own people, they stand idly by while their European-American coworkers misuse and abuse the powers of their law enforcement status.
