This is a tough episode of a family that missed out on so much good days moments, days & years of precious life. Im empathetic toward anyone that is trying & wants to do better. Life can be so complicated as well as difficult to watch the anguish & the complexity of relationships of life. It easy to say let it go, move on, get over it still yet life is much life the the Israelites spending 40 years in the wilderness for 40 years. God kept them there out of love because he knows human nature & he cares so much for each of us but if we keep blaming, deferring blame, not owning wellness in your body,mind, soul & spirit. Getting healthy & healing can be very messing & horrifying. I like the fact that Dr. Phils ultimate goal is to do the right things for the family unit. If he dont I know I can right the show. Moving pass the past can be a steep climb up a trechorous mountain that no one can understand unless you have been exposed to a very abusive person. All anyone can do is encourage & support others to get well. No one has the right to choose wellness for others still yet we want to make resources available to give our family & community a chance to have a good life. If familys dont get help we can passively contribute to the generation that follow you or you can reach out & get help. .
