This is a true story, and the main and only reason for writing it, is for people to know about what happened to me and to be aware of the way this so call company, Fairy Wigs behaves with its customers. I ordered a wig from their webpage, I wanted the wig exactly as it was shown on the picture on the page. I paid for it using PayPal, the company promptly got their money, it took a few weeks for the item to be delivered (I didn’t mind that, it takes a while for items to come from China to North America). Once the item was delivered, it was the beginning of a nightmare. First of all the item delivered was not even close to what was shown on the picture portrayed on their web site, the volume of hair was at most 25% of what was shown. The biggest issue for me besides the volume, was the lack of bangs on the wig, and that was shown also on the picture. The seller (Fairy Wigs) was contacted in regards to what I will describe misleading advertisement, of course they gave me the royal run around, about the “high-quality” of their product, and that their wig was nothing less than perfect. After a lot of bickering they finally agreed to allow me, to return their crappy product, the item was shipped back to China, and of course that, as I said before, takes a long time. In the meantime, while the item was on its way back, Fairy Wigs changed address (this is something that Doesn’t happen in the spur of a moment), they never informed me about that until after the fact. Finally, the item got lost in the wonderful world of the Chinese mailing system, and I ended up without a wig, and without close to 200.00 USD which I paid them. Do not deal, with this company Fairy Wigs, they are the scums of the earth, as far as quality and customer’s service is concern, they are insensitive to your issues, and they don’t care about anything but getting your money, and after that, good luck. Be aware of this scum bag company, save your money and deal only with business in North America, Western Europe and Australia. https://facebook/fairywigs
