This is a very powerful video. It brings to life the leadership principles of “humility” and “Empathy”. Understanding introversion is part of the fabric of a strong leader. Not only in how to gain the most from 30% to 50% of the population that are introverts but understanding how EXtraverts can learn so much from introverts is a powerful lesson from this beautifully crafted presentation. I would strongly encourage you to think about the extent to which homophily (the human tendency to want to surround ourselves with people who look and feel like us) in your life might result in the suppression of great minds – minds that might work to different energy levels or are stimulated by quiet contemplation in contrast to group and committee work.
