This is a week late and I needed to find the courage within me to do this yet again. I finished a 30 day plank challenge and I had to take a picture on day 1, 10, 20, and 30. I told everyone that its not a game, planks work if you are doing them correctly and with the determination to push yourself more and more. I want to give a big shout out to both the Ailey and Freeport Cliques for always allowing me to be myself and get all wild and crazy. I want to also give 2 big shout out to Korina for bringing me to all the classes and to Karen for seeing something in me that I didnt see in myself and for always pushing and challenging me more and more everyday.
