This topic is about some ideas about fish who has the same effect as salmon when it comes for omega 3 fatty acids.In general people are more familiar with salmon because they it everywhere you go in the markets, fish stores, restaurants, catering menus, etc.. I will share with you more fish who are high on omega 3 fatty acids to try and combine them with salads, salsa, with vegetable sauces, vinaigrette , stews, etc.. These fishes have high content omega 3 fatty acids: sardines, trout, sea bass, salmon, herring, mackerel. For people who are vegans or vegetarians they are seeds as : chia seed, flax seed, walnut, hemp seed, Most of these fishes are easy to cook is just add, olive oil, lemon or lime, fresh herbs , celtic sea salt, and bake in the oven. What i like to add when i make fish is a dish with mixed roasted vegetables and drizzle with fresh puree herbs as parsley, basil, sage, etc..also greens as arugula, spinach, mache, cabbage etc.. Most of the seeds are very easy to be used on breakfast morning, salad, snack, shakes, vegetable dishes, and also coating on fish and meat.
