This is about the issue of Black writers and Music Artist Intelligent Property rights being stolen and they have to fight to get paid. This is just one of the many cases going back eons and she won but again where is AS-CAP and others in the music end doing their business duty to help to stop this. My father had written music for Lionel Hampton Cap Calloway and others and his music was used by the Beatles and I was told that you had to have a very high price entertainment attorney to help in this so I have on my own as usually research to develop a case as well. Just like Biggie Small, and others who attempted to gain rights over royalty they end up in a bad way I will pull up another famous person whose music was created by someone else and then they allegedly used others to conspire to coverup this she also sued like TLC who went bankrupt and dont believe the claim of suitcases full of money because if that was the case many of the families of those who were victims of being used by the entertainment industry would have real money many have filed bankruptcy and worse r.i.p Sammy Davis Jr, Isaac Hayes, red fox, and list is too long to show here, those that got paid were to agents, attorneys, label and everyone who else who holds rights to the catalogs. this is about the Matrix and here is the real lawsuit... read on and please comment. thanks DAnne FOX, ANDY AND LARRY WACHOWSKIS NEVER ANSWERED THE AMENDED COMPLAINT. THEY LOST ON A DEFAULT JUDGEMENT THAT WAS COVERED UP BY THE PLAINTIFFS FOUR ATTORNEYS WEBB, BROWN, LUBELL, STOLLER, CALIFORNIA AND UTAH COURTS. THE PROOF IS IN THIS COURT DOCKET. ERIC HOLDER AND JUDGE BENSON KNEW ABOUT THE FRAUD. HOLDERS OFFICE CONFIRMED THE THEFT BUT NEVER CHARGED OR INDICTED AFTER HIS INVESTIGATION. JUDGE DEE BENSONS LAWFIRM SNOW , BRUCE ISAACS, AND P.MATTHEW COX WERE INVOLVED IN THE FRAUD AND SLUSH FUNDS. FRAUD WAS ALLOWED IN THE USPTO AND COPYRIGHT OFFICES BY THESE PARTIES TO THE FRAUD. THE TERMINATOR DEFENDANTS OPENLY ADMITTED WILLFULLY TO JUDGE MORROW THEY STOLE THE TERMINATOR FRANCHISE FROM FOX SHAREHOLDERS AND CITED THE JAMES BOND CASE AND THE MATRIX DEFENDANTS LIED TO MORROW THAT THEY MADE A SETTLEMENT TO PLAINTIFF.
