This is absolutely ridiculous and beyond my comprehension. I am surprised, shocked and bewildered at the indifference shown by the New York officials. How on earth can the Police department and the District Attorney turn a blind eye to this gross injustice and not arrest the offender ? What are they waiting for ? It is plain and clear from this video that it was Rajdeep Sardesai who infuriated the crowd and instigated the fight with an innocent person (the victim in the yellow shirt is a guy by name Mahender). He physically assaulted Mahender. I have been imploring the victim to contact the New York Attorney General and the New York District Attorney and get Rajdeep prosecuted and put behind bars. After all this is the land where they televised a court trial for nearly two years and made it like a box office hit even though nobody had a visual proof of who committed the act. I hope justice and commonsense will prevail and this devilish character is arrested tomorrow. What more evidence is needed other than this video where Rajdeep is seen advancing towards Mahender and grabbing him by the collar and trying to hit him ? youtube/watch?v=7wQFvQrB-0U
