This is an abbreviated version of my Speed Teams workout this morning for 2-1/2 hours, then I high tailed it to the NHS track and continued with six NRC youth and a couple of the parents (YAY!!!) from 1:30-2:45 and they went through a scaled down version of my earlier workout: 2 lap warm up running drills hurdle and form drills strength and conditioning static stretching and then a 1 mile run for the few who could stay. This is for everyone..... Everyday...if you do 15 minutes of sit-ups, push-ups, planks, jumping jacks, lunges, squats you will be SO very strong in a very short time. Our first indoor meet is the end of December on the resurfaced track of Suffolk County Community College. Dates to be posted soon.
