This is an amazing passage of scripture. You should read the whole of chapter 4! I am going to pull one verse out for emphasis. Ephesians 4:11 says, And he(JESUS) gave SOME, apostles; and SOME, prophets; and SOME, evangelists; and SOME, pastors and teachers. These are the very people that JESUS set in our midst to bring us into maturity. These are the very people that carry instruction, that will remove us from being up and down in our emotions and in our life. They will set us on the ROCK(JESUS) of our identity. GOD instituted the Church and the ministry gifts to bring us into the dimensions of the fullness of CHRIST! Dont fight your own success. I know that every preacher has not been sent by GOD. However, GOD HAS SENT SOME!! SOME!!! So you need to not throw the baby out with the bathwater. Find a Church and SOME ministry gifts that can lead you into the fullness of CHRIST. Stick with them. Be committed. Be a blessing. Serve someone. Let go of your pettiness. GROW UP INTO JESUS!!! I do not believe that you can do this alone. GOD is the one that set the Church and the ministry gifts in our midst!! JESUS did that for you. SOME!! SOME!! SOME!! AWAKEN to the voices of GOD in your midst. Have great day!!!!
