This is an annual, ritualistic part of Skopjes Bugari folklore that has tradition of well over 15 years. A bunch of Bulgarians, most of them originating from Bulgaria or from eastern parts of FYROM, gathered today to celebrate killing of a local petty Serbian official in 1928 by a local woman which committed suicide after the act and they consider it as if it was some act of global importance. Until now, each time the delegation would place the memorial plaque in central part of Skopje, it would end being broken few hours to few days after.
