This is an awesome testimonial from a man I heard speak at convention about overcoming severe PTSD and finally being able to sleep again after starting Young Living! From a conversation in another group about the FREEDOM SLEEP and FREEDOM RELEASE kit and PTSD: If you listen to the call with Mastersergeant Jess Johnson, he says that there are other oils that can be used as well. He shared with me and a couple other ladies what he uses. It was before the kits came out. He says he showers first and gets ready for bed. After getting the oils on, he goes right to bed. Dont stay up, walk around, smoke or anything, just go to bed. Night time: 2 drops of Lavender on back of neck and rub it in. 3-4 drops of Forgiveness or Inner Child down the spine. 3 drops of Frankincense on each foot. Rub on bottom and between toes. Daytime: 3 drops of Blue Spruce under each arm (pits) [decreases cortisol levels] This centers, calms and focuses him. Im good to go for the rest of the day! 2 drops of Valor on the back of the neck. 2 drops of Highest Potential on the back of the neck. In the call, Msgt. Johnson also shared that he uses 5 drops of Frankincense under his tongue. It helps with his anger, to heal and to sleep again. Hate for the enemy is changed to indifference. Ive noticed when I hear him talk, he seems to use Frankincense a lot. I think it may be his favorite though he never says it. These are the oils he uses. Your husband might like other oils. And about the Frankincense under the tongue, he says its best to hold it there for about 2 minutes to get the best results.
