This is an image from the explosion that occurred last Week Wednesday March 12th, 2014 in Spanish Harlem (El Barrio / or Espaha for the gentrifyers). On 9/11 when the US Imperialists were attacked, they called for WAR. The World Trade Center was a symbol of Imperialism, a symbol of the hegemony of the US and the West. Since 9/11, the US imperial beast has bombed, occupied, raped and tortured the People of the Middle-East and the Muslim world, although these people in the millions have had nothing to do with 9/11 and in fact many of these nation were already being exploited by the US and ts allies. Yet, the gas explosion that has killed working class people, most of whom are Latin@ immigrants, has been kept quiet. Even though the residents had reported smelling gas, these landlords and politicians of course have an interest in working-class people having adequate living conditions. Why are we not seeing this as an attack on us, the working Black/Brown and poor? Why are we not not calling for War against the Bourgeoisie who are continuing to kill us off ? Why isnt March 12th 2014, another 9/11? Because they dont care about us. The ruling class doesnt care about poor, working, Black and Brown people enough to make March 12th 2014 a national tragedy. ~K.Vasquez
