This is an inspiring story. Francis Mustapha was a biology teacher - TopicsExpress

This is an inspiring story. Francis Mustapha was a biology teacher in my hometown of Fort Wayne, Indiana. He retired a few years ago and then focused his time and energy to open a school in his native Sierra Leone. The school opened last fall with 270 students from pre-K to third grade. For more than 75% of the kids this is their first time attending school. Almost all of the money raised to build the school came from him and private donors. There are so many great leadership lessons in this story. He never gave up on his dream and he found a way to make it happen. My hat goes off to Francis for leading the way. Check out the website to learn more about Madina Village School and how you can help these kids out.
