This is an interactive post, I want feedback. Because of where I live and where I work I pass right by a place to eat that I enjoy...not necessarily THAT place, but the brand. I had breakfast there probably 4 to 6 times a week, even on my days off, for about 2 and a half years. It got so that more and more frequently they got my order wrong and by the time I realized it I was off and on my way...I ate it anyway. Then the lines started taking much longer to process and I gave up and quit going there about 6 months ago. I went by on my way home today just because I wanted an A1 Thick And Hardy Burger or whatever its called (theyre so good) and to this point I hadnt decided not to go to that place but just to avoid it. As I was eating my brand new shiny 3 inch in diameter cheeseburger I decided NEVER to go back to that location again, NEVER. Once again, by the time I realized what was up I was down the road. I decided to call the location and talk to the manager. I asked to speak to the manager and moments later some punk ass kid got on the phone and I just shock my head and hung up after getting about 4 words out. Heres the interactive part. Have we all lost our minds? Do we really have to put up with mediocre service and products from places. Does this kind of thing piss anyone else off or am I over reacting? My list of places I will not go back to seems to be growing. HELP!!
