This is an interesting idea and I like Gov. Huckabee. However, I think it would be better just to abolish the IRS and it could be done if every American worked to get it abolished. The IRS needs to be fired and a consumption tax or some other kind of flat tax be instituted without regard to who we are as Americans. There would be no need for tax returns and we would never again have to fear that whatever administration who is in power would ever again use the IRS as a thug arm to punish its political enemies. Anyone with a certain low level of income would not be required to pay the tax but would be exempt until attaining a certain level of income.
