This is creating huge problems in schools specially govt ones that hardly have any infrastructure to organize it. The order from Education Dept. of Delhi Govt. in this regard is a threatening one to schools and DDEs (Deputy Director of Education). This is also resulting in huge issues about the school timing specially in single shifted schools. Govt. schools are being asked to take money for organizing this from VKS (Vidyalala Kalyan Samiti) fund. This fund is for general maintenance of the school and is also used for employing extra manpower. Approx 4 lakh every year is given to schools under this budget head. This fund is to be used in consultation with PTAs. But here govt. order is directly asking schools to divert the fund for which it was intended to.
