AND the fact that no Canadian in Canada was attacked by ISIS ... The conclusion is that Harper and Canada basically declared war on ISIS. Now I agree with the decision to fight ISIS, but not for the reasons given by our Prime Minister. As Canada had yet to be directly attacked I feel he should have worded it as Canada coming to answer the call of our allies who had been attacked. Their journalists, citizens and diplomats attacked. Canada could stand with and join our allies. I know its a fine point of rhetoric and probably would not have made a difference to those who would attack us... BUT Cenk and others might not feel like it was Canada that declared war then...
