This is exactly why I do what I do. I served as a public defender for ten years. (And no I was not scum, as the writer says and I was not a sell out. In fact, I got locked as a Public Defender for fighting too hard) Because this lawyer refused to waive his clients rights, he LITERALLY beat up the lawyer. Its too bad this lawyer chose not to file charges against the judge. Again I ask, why do people live in Florida?
