A Specific food/ FastFood Hunger Stress, anxiousness Pain Tiredness Smell of certain foods or perfumes; certain odors can trigger gag reflex Flickering light (more likely in women who have migraine) Hot or crowded rooms Changing positions quickly Travel with a car or ship Now that you know what triggers it, stay away or limit yourself! Its vital that you are continuing your prenatal. If you arent able to keep it down, how it your baby receiving its vital minerals, vitamins & nutrients. Fortunately, my #Herbalife products are coating my stomach gently and is providing my baby with the best quality of nutrients for both of us. Try teas that are also soothing.
