This is from Jack Greggs email: Here is the official count on Whigham and Pajor after today’s game. The complete stats and story will follow later today. Whigham carried 30 times for 228 yards and one TD. Final season total 1381 yards rushing on 206 carries (6.70 per carry) for nine games. He lost two runs (6 and 30 yards) because of penalties. He became the third best rusher for one season behind Josh Serrano (1412 yards in 2007) and Angel Maldonado (2335 yards in 2009. He is the only one of them with just nine games. Pajor completed 9 of 18 passes for 123 yards, three touchdowns and one interception. Final season total 1094 yards passing on 91 complete on 175 passes. He lost a 13-yard completion to Lemon because of a penalty. He became the fourth best passer for one season behind Bryan Otte (1099 yards in 2004), Mike Smith (1167 yards in 2012) and Dan O’Connell (1331 yards in 2001). That lost pass to Lemon would have put him in third spot. His total is the best ever by a junior over Tim O’Connell (1002 yards in 2006).
