Even if you do half or a fraction of this you will be that much further ahead with PROFIT in your pocket and not losing ground on your star status! NEW FACES ASAP is the key! I was reflecting on a system I came up with when I was a single mom to make my $1300 house payment every month. At the beginning of every month, I tracked selling $100 35 times. Think about it, if YOU sell $100 35 times by July 20th = $3500 in retail sales…40% profit = $1400, 60% reorder money = $2100. How would you like to put $1400 CASH into your family’s budget AND $2100 in order money towards your STAR STATUS by July 20th??? I would simply pull out a fresh piece of notebook paper, number 1-35 and start tracking. The sales would come from a combination of phone calls for reorders, facials, parties, new customers finding me, referrals, etc. I would write the first name of the customer and the total amount of the sale ie: 1. Susan $12, Jane $50, Lacy $25, Mary $13 2. Nancy $100 3. June $45, Linda $55 4. and so on… As I collected the money from the sales I carefully split all my deposits 60/40 into two separate accounts. One for profits to make my house payment and one to hold my order money and place my orders. Now, before your “all or nothing” thinking kicks in I want to ask you…what do you have to lose by giving this a try? What if you only do half? That’s still $700 cash in your pocket. NSD Tammy Crayk has a saying, “Don’t pretend you don’t know what to do”. Gang, share your goal with everyone. Send out texts, facebook posts, phone calls, check in with your customers, call husbands with wish lists, etc. Don’t buy into the thinking that no one wants a facial or party or to buy this time of year. The cosmetic counters at the mall and cosmetic isles at the drug stores are full of business. Go take YOUR cut of it! Open your mouth, ASK, and offer the most amazing product with YOUR most amazing personal service and TRACK IT because a tracked number GROWS!
