This is going to piss off a lot of people. Don’t care. A lot - TopicsExpress

This is going to piss off a lot of people. Don’t care. A lot of my friends are atheists and agnostics. Makes sense, as I’m an agnostic. Most of my friends are pretty fed up with all religion, as am I. However, I don’t split my negative feelings equally among the religious. Not by a long shot. I have a strong disrespect of Muslims, and am tired of the “Most Muslims are really good people” argument. Because… so what. Simply put, you’re not a good person if you don’t condemn the terrorist actions of your peers. And, guess what, kids, I don’t hear a lot of condemnation by Muslims regarding terrorism committed in the name of Allah. I abhor George Bush. But, when he said “You’re either with us, or against us,” he was right. Problem was, he was speaking about Americans, not world peace-loving people world-wide. Granted, most Middle East leaders (political) condemn acts of terrorisms. Face it. They have to. But, do they aggressively pursue terrorists within their own borders? You know the answer to that. The question is, “Why not?” The answer is, they either support… or are more than willing to turn a blind eye to… the terrorists. So to all of you who preach the “not all Muslims are terrorists” line, here’s a message: Be careful who you turn your back on. Because to Muslims, Allah is far more important than geographical or political borders. When push comes to shove, who do you think Muslims living in the U.S. are going to back… the United States, or Allah? What’s happening in Europe? Get ready, ‘cause the show’s coming here. One more thing. What we really should be doing is pressuring the United Nations to take a more aggressive stance at the elimination of terrorisms. Let the U.N. do it. Because the more we make it a geo-political issue, the more danger we’ll be in. Wake up. Here’s the reality. Yes, we must continue to protect and defend our geographical borders. But, terrorism is going way beyond land. One example… cyber-terrorism is the new (sort of) rage, and look out, kids. Our reliance on the Internet will be severely tested. We won’t know what to do when the web goes down… or is infiltrated more than it already is.
