This is great! So many examples of what to do and not do when encountering unlawful actions by cops. It is still against the law for police to demand identification and searches without probable cause/reasonable suspicion of a crime. Therefore, the proper question would be, "What crime am I suspected off?" "Am I under arrest?" "Are you going to use what I say against me?" "I want a lawyer" And Shut up and stick to it! Cops cannot simply pick people at random to harass. Notice the threats and intimidation by police when she sticks to her rights. They also bring in the dog in hopes of getting false probable cause. Notice the cop threatens her with policy, not law. Policy is for cops not us. Cops threaten a traffic citation for impeding traffic, where it is the cops who refuse to let her go. Thank God for the few with the courage to stand for freedom from the police state.....
