This is horrifying beyond words, these people need to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law along with anyone who is evil enough to follow the advice. Stupid people hiding behind religion to hurt children seems to be a perpetuating cycle, one that will only be cured with education and common sense, which is too little too late for these poor children. This book should be banned along with any other hate crime inducing propaganda. Unfortunately, once more, the rights of the children are seldom considered in abusive situations.
