This is how attentive our trainers are at BWA. When we identify a fault in our members technique. Sometimes verbal cues, tactile cues and physical cues do not work. What does help? Using video footage is a great solution to identifying the problem. We have used this on numerous members that helped make their workouts more efficient and cause less chance of injury. The video below showcases a power hang clean from the member on the left who couldnt overcome several faults (no neutral spine, inconsistency with foot placement, no hip extension and shoulder shrug). Now, identifying the trainer on the right who demonstrated proper technique, then took the time to explain in depth to the member how to correct their form. Now hes a power house and gained not only efficiency, but more confidence while working out. Way to buddy, Keep up the good work!
