This is just for conversation and understanding! Yesterday I was talking to a close friend (a successful breeder) and we spoke about the process from buying a pup all the way to breeding and whelping the litter! We really broke it down and after all those vet bills, food, time, stud fees and semen shipping fees, progesterone test, surgical a.is, confirming pregnancies, and c-sections whoa!! Not even including the sick and unscheduled vet appointments and Mother Nature! It does you absolutely no good to waste money on pups you half way want or not the quality of the price youre selling pups for! A lot of breeders want tell you that you spend a lot more money than you think IF YOURE DOING THE RIGHT THINGS FOR YOUR PET! I cant see how a hook up would benefit anyones program! Im not saying be outrageous with your pricing but this breed isnt a cheap buy (pet) or investment! If I get conformation on 6 pups you better believe I want all 6 healthy so I dont have room for shortcuts! Ive seen outrageous prices and Ive seen reasonable pricing but at the end of the day theres a pup out there for everyone! Your price is your price! Just know any pup youre in love with of quality is worth every penny you invest, just know its gonna cost a pretty penny! Hats all to the real dog lovers who dont take short cuts or flat-out handouts!
