This is mind numbingly stupid. If you cant think of any other way to take revenge, accuse your opponent of blasphemy. It works like a charm. A petition was filed by nine applicants, who claimed that Shah had committed blasphemy by saying that he regarded the word ‘Mohajir’ a derogatory term. The petition said that Khursheed Shah had made this remark while addressing journalists at Jinnah Bagh on October 17. The petition contented that the word ‘Mohajir’ has been repeatedly used in the Holy Quran and the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and his companions were themselves ‘Mohajir’ as they had migrated to Madina on the order of God and therefore Khursheed Shah has committed blasphemy. If this insane comparison is to be used to prosecute this man one should keep in mind that the people using this defense are comparing themselves to the Prophet(PBUH) and his companions. These people are neither that holy nor that great. Blasphemy charges should be brought on them and they should be given a taste of their own medicine.
