This is my FAVORITE arm exercise bench dips its for those annoyingly jiggly bat wings This works your triceps (back of the arm) and you can do them at home. •••••• How to: Adjust to find your form. Put your elbows pointing back and back upright. Dip low with your body straight down slowly. I do 4-6 sets of 15 with 25 pounds. If youre beginning start with 5 and repeat 2-4xs and work up.
