This is my and my three other siblings barn, left to us by my father, who had it built (from his design) by an Indian firm from Maine. It is all post and beam, with a two story cathedral ceiling in the center (to accommodate his boats). Left front is the machine shop (and anything engine related). There is also a photo of the rear doors to accommodate a long vessel. The next to the last photo shows a stone foundation, which is the original foundation of the original barn (during the 1800s). The weather vane is also from his design, I believe it was taken from the submariners fish symbol. The barn is probably a good 30 years old now.
