This is my beautiful baby girl & today shes 12 years old 🎂 This morning I woke up thinking she 12 years old already! Time is passing much too quickly! Before I know it shell be driving, then graduating, then...😢 And then I gave her the only birthday present she wanted. The thing shes been asking for for at least 2 months. A giant panda bear, almost bigger than she is. 🐼Shes been carrying the thing with her all morning! And then I quickly realized, shes ONLY 12 years old! Its all about perspective, and for today at least, I am going to enjoy the fact that shes a healthy, intelligent, beautiful 12 year old girl and not worry about how quickly shes growing up or about all the things Ive done wrong as her mom or all the ways I need to change before its too late. Today Im going to be thankful that God chose ME to be her mom. Today Im going to relish in the fact that she a perfect mix of both me & Scott. Today Im going to pray she has the best birthday yet. Today, Im going to focus on today!
