This is my brother and Plyotechnics teammate Fit Fury whose video was shared out on FitnessFreak. He and the rest of my Plyotechnics crew is the reason why others refer to us as the BADDEST team of fitness athletes on the planet. We DO EVERYTHING and we go BEYOND the popular term beastmode. Our bodies were definitely built to defy conventional fitness and this video says it all. Some you so kindly ask when you sse something is a video Nuri, have you seen this? Well in most cases I have not only seen it. I either know the cats who did it or it is something one of my crew has already took to another level. We took, animal flow, dragon flys, levers, superman pushups, planches, handstands, weight training, and our specialty explosive training all to another level. As there number fan, I salute the Plyotechnics Fit Fury, Jed Idan , Joshua Kossak, Nick Fazio, Judah Torres Rancourt, ALan III, Manuel Roman, and brother Igor for being the absolute DOPEST crew I have ever seen.
