This is my first attempt at roast lamb - husband extremely nervous it wouldnt cook properly in the sc - pleased to say he was very happy with the result - used french onion soup, mint jelly and rosemary to rub over the outside - lamb on thick cut potatoes - cooked on low for 8hours - note i just had to taste the knuckle prior to photo. Thank you all for sharing and showing me a whole new way of using my sc - cant wait to try the fudge and fruit cake recipes😀😀😀
