This is my first attempt at stuffed bell pepper for dinner tonight and I made another white wine cake for the bell peppers I used 1 pound of ground beef 1 box of Tonys Chacheres About 10 bell peppers 2 cans of tomato sauce 1 onion 1 Bag of shredded cheese I just followed the instructions on the back of the box of rice. Then stuffed the bell peppers, added butter to the bottom of the pan. I then cooked the peppers for about 30 min added the sauce. Then cooked for another 30 min then added shredded cheese and cooked for another 15 mins. All on 350° Then served with corn and mashed potatoes.
