This is my heart for our Ladies Ministry...Please read and if you are interested in getting involved let me know. If you are involved, this serves as a reminder of what we stand for. This is the Vision of CMC Ladies~ Bobbie. We want to have His heart and His eyes to see sons and daughters when we look at God’s people…We will be a doer of the Word and not a hearer only…We will refuse to judge and condemn others and we will do our best to love people back to wholeness. We will be a fountain of mercy and grace and we will breathe life back into dry bones…We know that it is the love of God that breaks every yoke…We will be living epistles of love and humility and will demonstrate the scriptures with kindness, gentleness and compassion. We will give credit where credit is due…We will point others to Him. We will give Him all the glory & honor, because He is worthy! We will reach out to ladies in the church, community and marketplace and encourage them. We will look past circumstances, situations and appearances (that look different than our own) to see daughters of the living God who have yet to discover their worth. We will speak truth to them! We will always look for opportunities to be a blessing, by either word or deed. We know that the only way UP is down. We will serve others the way that Christ did. We understand that humility isnt thinking less of yourself, but it is thinking of yourself less. Graciousness is our hallmark…Gratitude is our beauty treatment…We are women of our word. We will worship the Father in spirit and in truth…Not only at church, but at home…We are prayer warriors and we hold trust from others as sacred…We understand that to become the Proverbs 31 woman- we cant skip chapters 1-30…We are fully aware of our own shortcomings and we seek Him daily for His love and guidance. We will seek to recognize when others around us seem hopeless and we will speak life over them…We will be an excellent listener…We will listen with our head and our heart. We will hear what is not being said…We will care for and comfort our sisters in Christ. We will be a lifter, an encourager and a hope giver…We forgive fully…Understanding that God forgives us fully…No questions asked…We will show the same grace to others that Christ has shown us. We will NOT gossip, back bite or tear our down…We will place a high value on others…We will be known for what we stand for…But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy, good fruit, impartial and sincere. ~ James 3:17
