This is my superwoman of a Mum!! Words can not describe how proud I am of her achievements over this year.. 50 years old, still bangin hot and shes proving herself on a daily basis that shes capable of turning the impossible into possible with sheer raw effort, consistency and will power. Not long ago, Box Jumps, rope climbs and Kipping pullups were all movements that she thought wouldnt be within her reach, let alone deadlifting 90+kg! But with the encouragement of CFC and others who have achieved the feeling of accomplishing an (nonsense word) impossible task, she has gone on to nail these movements and give her self an exciting, new found belief within to keep on kicking goals inside and outside of the gym! To me, this is a big part of what CrossFit/fitness in general is all about & why I love my job. Love you Mum, Such an inspiration !!
