The Dick act of 1902 says THEY are criminals as well as 18 USC sections 241 and 242! O tolerance to tyranny and oath breakers! If they are not intelligent enough to understand the SUPREME law, they have no business making or trying to enforce state or municipal laws, especially those which are OUTSIDE the supreme law!
