This is now too much after complaining to #airtel about my bundles that go at the rate of 80MBs an hour or an hour half or just half an hour to no success I finally went for the monthly unlimited of ksh3499 for a month as advised then I hollad customer care for a chat on the new trend I am in. The agent I spoke to told me the unlimited is not that unlimited I still have to check my bundles by switching on and off otherwise if it goes past 30GB I wont access internet even if the month is not over! Seriously?!? She termed it fair usage or something!
