This is one of my favorite at home workouts...Using this workout a few times a week really helped me lose the pounds (along with clean eating). This really speeds up your metabolism and keeps you burning extra calories all day. If you dont have a pair of dumbbells use 2 cans of soup, two books, or anything you can hold in your hands.
